HOW TO GET INVOLVED

1. Pray for the Dream Center. Anytime the people of God move out into ministry, prayer is needed to help protect them.

2. Volunteer Your Time. One of the best gifts that you can give is the gift of your time. Listen to the leading of the Holy Spirit and do your part as a servant of Christ.

The areas we ask for volunteers are:

Clothing: sort and organize clothes for our clothing room
Evangelism: share the Word of God through prayer
Inventory: accept and hand out home furnishings
Reception Desk: greet people with an open heart and try to meet their need
Women's Alternatives Care: pregnancy testing, pregnancy counseling
Miscellaneous: drive truck, shovel snow, speak for the Dream Center

Our hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm. We take an hour off for lunch at noon. Volunteer for as little as three hours a week for a morning or afternoon or as much as all three days a week.

During the Celebration of Hope we will need a large number of volunteers.

3. Clothing. Good gently used clothing is always needed especially men's clothing. Please review our clothing donation guide for full details. Please drop off clothing donations directly at the Dream Center, 1122 Portage Street, Kalamazoo, Mi. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm

4. Home Furnishings. We accept home furnishing: appliances of all types: computers, televisions, washing machines, entertainment centers, kitchen tables, recliners, couches, baby items, bikes, and office furnishings.

5. Financial Donations. The message of the Gospel is free, the method takes money. God is our source and our supply. Ask God how you can help.
